Job Description
We are seeking experienced Intelligence Operations & Collection Experts to contribute specialized knowledge to AI training and evaluation projects focused on intelligence operations and national security. Candidates with current or previous experience in civilian intelligence agencies such as CIA, NSA, MI6/SIS, GCHQ, or equivalent organizations are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving intelligence collection, operational planning, and national security decisions.
- Assess the accuracy and realism of intelligence collection methods and operational processes.
- Review and refine intelligence case studies, analytical summaries, and scenario-based materials.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated content.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding and reasoning in intelligence operations.
Requirements
- Current or previous experience in a civilian intelligence agency, particularly in intelligence operations, collection, or collection management.
- Expertise in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or other intelligence collection disciplines.
- Strong understanding of intelligence agency procedures, operational frameworks, legal authorities, and interagency coordination.
- Experience in operational planning, intelligence collection requirements, or intelligence evaluation.
- Excellent analytical judgment, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
