Role Title: Family Medicine Hospitalist

Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Family Medicine Hospitalists to review inpatient medical records and clinical documentation for an AI training project. The role focuses on clinical accuracy, documentation quality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes.
• Verify that clinical claims are supported by medical documentation.
• Evaluate inpatient records, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and care plans.
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
• Apply review guidelines consistently and provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
• Communicate findings clearly with the project team.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, ideally with a Hospital Medicine focus.
• Current or recent inpatient/hospitalist experience within the past 2 years.
• Strong understanding of inpatient workflows, including admissions, progress notes, transitions of care, and discharge.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines consistently.

Preferred: Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, medical coding/QA, or care across diverse patient populations.

Compensation Structure

Payment is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
