Job Description

We are seeking experienced Industrial Trades and Maintenance Experts to provide technical insights and practical industry knowledge for AI training projects. The role involves reviewing trade-specific technical documents, interpreting plans and schematics, and providing detailed technical assessments. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mechanical installation drawings, millwright documentation, and specialty trade plans.
• Analyze field diagrams, inspection sketches, and site layout documents.
• Evaluate pest control layouts, textile production schematics, and stage lighting plans.
• Answer trade-specific technical questions with step-by-step explanations and justifications.
• Provide clear, structured assessments for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and complete document reviews within deadlines.
• Share practical industry insights to improve the accuracy of AI-generated processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in industrial trades, such as millwright, mechanical installation, textiles, specialty trades, pest control, or lighting design.
• Journeyman certification or relevant professional license is strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret and evaluate technical drawings, plans, and schematics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience guiding or mentoring other trade professionals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and document-sharing tools.
• Experience developing or reviewing trade training materials is an advantage.
