Behavioral Analyst

micro1 is seeking Behavioral Analysts to support an AI training project. You'll apply your expertise in behavioral observation and analysis to help improve how AI systems understand human interactions. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze text, audio, and video to identify behavioral cues, including tone, gestures, and speech patterns.
• Annotate and explain behavioral data for AI training.
• Create scenario-based training materials.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness.
• Refine annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Document behavioral insights and best practices.
• Provide feedback and support process improvement.

Preferred Background

Experience in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater/acting coaching, or another field involving behavioral observation and analysis.
