Job Summary

We are engaging Clio Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Clio. You'll use your hands-on Clio experience to complete realistic legal practice management workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Clio using practical legal operations or practice management experience.
  • Navigate Clio features related to matters, clients, contacts, tasks, documents, calendars, time tracking, and billing.
  • Create, update, and manage matters, client information, tasks, documents, and other legal records.
  • Complete common legal practice management workflows based on provided instructions.
  • Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
  • Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
  • Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Clio tools, features, and actions used.
  • Review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
  • Work independently while following project instructions and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience using Clio in a legal, law firm, or legal operations environment.
  • Experience with case and matter management, client management, document management, legal tasks, time tracking, or billing.
  • Background in legal operations, paralegal work, legal assistance, law firm administration, or legal technology.
  • Prior experience with AI data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar Human Data projects is a plus.
  • Current access to Clio and the ability to use the platform independently.
  • Comfortable with screen recording and workflow documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
