Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with experience building products from scratch, taking ownership, and scaling systems in fast-growing startup environments. You'll develop internal tools, backend services, and workflows that support business operations, products, and AI-driven infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Own features end-to-end, from architecture and development to production deployment.
  • Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces.
  • Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to deliver solutions.
  • Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.
  • Make practical technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Experience helping build and scale products within high-growth startups.
  • Proven ability to take products from concept to production.
  • Regular use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms such as AWS, and modern backend architectures.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on shipping high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NestJS, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, or DevOps.
  • Background in internal tools, developer platforms, or workflow automation.
  • Exposure to AI-powered or data-intensive products.
  • Experience improving architecture and engineering processes as a startup scales.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and system reliability.
