Job Title: Business Operations Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Business Operations Experts to contribute to an AI training project by designing realistic, multi-step operational tasks with objective grading criteria. The role involves transforming real-world business workflows into structured benchmark tasks that evaluate AI systems' reasoning, accuracy, and practical decision-making. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design multi-step tasks based on real business operations, including reporting, process design, and workflow management.
  2. Develop clear instructions and objective grading criteria to ensure consistent evaluation.
  3. Create tasks that require operational judgment, analytical thinking, and accurate interpretation of reference materials.
  4. Prepare supporting materials, including spreadsheets, system exports, process documentation, and operational reports.
  5. Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and refine them before submission.
  6. Deliver high-quality, approved tasks within project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business operations, operations reporting, process design, or workflow management.
  2. Experience developing or applying structured standards, including SOPs, QA checklists, process documentation, service-level definitions, or training assessments.
  3. Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze information across multiple documents.
  4. Strong written and spoken English proficiency (B2 minimum; C1 preferred).
  5. Experience with AI or LLM evaluation is a plus but not required.

Project Details

  • Engagement: Project-based, with payment per approved task.
  • Compensation: Up to $90/hour equivalent.
  • Estimated Time: Approximately 10 hours per task.
  • Work Mode: Fully remote, with no geographic restrictions.
  • Language Requirement: B2-level English minimum; C1 preferred.
