Mechanical CAD Expert

We are seeking experienced Mechanical CAD Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced engineering assemblies and technical analysis.

You'll use your CAD and engineering expertise to analyze complex mechanical assemblies and create precise, objective technical content that supports the development of next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Analyze multi-part mechanical assemblies using native FreeCAD files.
• Understand component relationships, assembly structure, and design intent.
• Create precise, objective, and verifiable technical Q&A sets.
• Develop questions covering mechanical functions, design rationale, and dimensional considerations.
• Ensure questions and answers are clear, accurate, and aligned with engineering standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and assessment materials.
• Identify and clarify ambiguities with project coordinators.
• Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in mechanical engineering, aerospace, or industrial design with strong CAD knowledge.
• Experience analyzing complex mechanical assemblies and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with FreeCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, or similar CAD platforms.
• Experience creating technical documentation or assessment materials.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
