Job Description

We are seeking experienced civilian defense analysts to contribute their expertise to an AI development project focused on military operations, armed conflict, and defense-related decision-making.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated military scenarios, identify factual and analytical inaccuracies, and provide expert feedback to improve the accuracy, reliability, and quality of AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving military operations, armed conflict, and defense planning.
  • Assess the accuracy and realism of military capabilities, operational assumptions, and conflict-related analysis.
  • Review scenarios involving civilian protection, operational constraints, and the application of International Humanitarian Law (IHL).
  • Identify factual errors, flawed reasoning, and unrealistic assumptions.
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI-generated content.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Defense Analyst, Military Operations Analyst, Conflict Analyst, or National Security Researcher.
  • Background in defense research, military capabilities assessment, conflict analysis, or operational planning.
  • Strong understanding of military operations, armed conflict, and defense-related decision-making.
  • Ability to evaluate complex scenar
