Role Title : Senior Manager - Projects and Maintenance

Location : Ayutthaya, Thailand

Experience: 12 - 16 Years

Key Responsibilities :

1) Plan, implement, and control preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Thai safety laws and plant safety standards.

2) Preparation and review of technical drawings for all project related work.

3) Ordering and assisting in design of process equipments/ plant and machinery

4) Maintain critical equipment such as furnaces, oxidizers, bag filters, blowers, blenders, material handling systems and utilities.

5) Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions (RCA). Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

6) Support modifications, upgrades, and installation of new equipments.

7) Participate in capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and execution.

8) Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of spares and services.

9) Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports. Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and internal maintenance standards.

Must Have:

1) B.Tech. / B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with prior experience of 12-15 years in setting-up of continuous process Plants and execution of brownfield projects in Thailand.

2) Language Proficiency - should be conversant with English as well as Thai (speaking only).
