• Job title: Plant Head
• Experience: 15-20 Years
• Location: Ayutthaya, Thailand

Must Haves:

• Experience of at least 10 plus years in a manufacturing Plant based in a similar role. An overall experience of 15-18 years in the relevant field will be preferable.
• Preferably a qualified engineer (B.E./ B. Tech - Chemical) from metal extraction or chemical process industry background.
• Must be proficient in English & Thai.
• Knowledge and experience of handling Thai industrial safety norms, environmental policies and labor regulations are some must-haves.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a qualified engineer (B.E./ B. Tech – Chemical Engineering) from metal extraction or chemical process industry background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, utilities, and logistics. Optimize production processes to improve yield, energy efficiency, and cost control.
•  Lead audits by customers, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies.
• Ensure strict compliance with Thai industrial safety, environmental, and labour regulations.
• He will be responsible for general administration of Plant. Co-ordination and liaising between plant and Corporate Office.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff including production, maintenance, and QA teams.
