Job Title: Investment Banking & M&A Expert

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote (US/Canada preferred; UK and Latin America considered)
Time Commitment: 10+ hours/week; 20+ preferred

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced investment banking and M&A professionals to build realistic transaction scenarios and use AI agents to develop and evaluate valuation models, deal materials, and financial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Build transaction environments using company information, financial statements, and due diligence materials.
• Design tasks involving valuation, comparable-company analysis, financial modeling, and sell-side advisory.
• Develop and review CIMs, pitch books, valuation models, and supporting documents using AI agents.
• Create task instructions and objective evaluation criteria.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or sell-side advisory.
• Proven experience preparing valuation models, comparable-company analyses, CIMs, and pitch books for live deals.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate carve-out experience (strongly preferred).
• Experience at a top-tier investment bank or M&A advisory firm.
• Industrials sector experience.
• Experience developing review standards, training materials, or AI evaluation benchmarks.
• Availability for 20+ hours per week.
