Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Military Law Attorneys to contribute specialized legal expertise to an AI training project. The role involves analyzing military law scenarios, reviewing legal content, and evaluating AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with applicable military legal standards. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze complex military law scenarios and provide subject matter expertise.
  2. Draft, edit, and review legal materials related to military law, procedures, and standards.
  3. Evaluate AI-generated legal content and provide constructive feedback on accuracy and clarity.
  4. Develop and review prompts and datasets covering military legal procedures, codes, and case law.
  5. Identify knowledge gaps, ambiguities, and inaccuracies in military law content and recommend improvements.
  6. Prepare clear, concise written summaries and communicate legal findings effectively.
  7. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure military legal concepts are accurately represented in project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Active license to practice law and a demonstrated background in military law, such as JAG Corps service, military justice, or related legal practice.
  2. Significant experience advising or representing clients in courts-martial, administrative proceedings, or military tribunals.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), military regulations, relevant federal statutes, and applicable international law.
  4. Excellent legal research, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to interpret complex legal materials and translate them into clear, accessible content.
  6. Experience with legal technology, technical projects, or AI-driven legal tools is an advantage but not required.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote, multidisciplinary teams.
