  3. Develop questions involving conflicting figures across multiple documents, such as original versus restated financials or adjusted versus reported results.
  4. Verify the correct fiscal period, filing version, and latest amended documents before finalizing answers.
  5. Provide accurate, well-documented answers supported by reliable sources and references.
  6. Test research questions against current AI models and identify questions that produce incorrect answers.
  7. Refine ambiguous questions to ensure they have one clear and verifiable answer.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have hands-on experience working with US financial filings in one or more of the following areas:

  1. Equity Research or Investment Analysis: Sell-side or buy-side research covering US public companies.
  2. Investment Banking or Corporate Development: Experience with M&A, equity capital markets, deal filings, prospectuses, ownership history, and subsidiary structures.
  3. Credit or Restructuring Analysis: Experience reviewing credit agreements, bond terms, and bankruptcy filings.
  4. SEC Reporting or Audit: Big Four audit or corporate reporting experience, including restatements, financial footnotes, and reporting changes across filings.
  5. Corporate Law or Due Diligence: Experience in securities law, KYC, investigations, and tracing entities, executives, and related parties across records.

Additional Requirements

  1. Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  2. Ability to read and analyze lengthy financial filings, including detailed footnotes and tables.
  3. Excellent financial research, analytical, and verification skills.
  4. Strong written English communication skills.
  5. Ability to provide clear, accurate, and source-backed explanations.

Selection Process

  1. Application: Submit your resume and a short professional profile.
  2. Finance Interview: Complete a short conversation about your experience with US filings and financial reporting. No preparation or written assessment is required.
  3. Experience Review: Your background and expertise will be evaluated against project requirements.
  4. Onboarding and First Task: Selected candidates will receive project guidelines and begin with an initial task, which will be reviewed before proceeding with further assignments.

Compensation Structure
