Role Title: Employment Lawyer

Location: Remote, US-Based Only

We are seeking experienced Employment Lawyers to support an AI training project focused on improving legal reasoning and accuracy. You'll review employment law scenarios, evaluate AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to improve AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze employment law scenarios, identify key legal issues, and assess potential risks.
• Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• More than 3 years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
