Role Title: English Teacher

We are seeking experienced English Teachers to support an AI training project by completing teaching-related tasks and evaluating AI assistant responses. Candidates will use their expertise in English, literature, writing, and classroom management to assess the accuracy, clarity, tone, and quality of AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete teaching-related tasks, including emails, scheduling, and classroom coordination using AI tools.
• Follow detailed instructions and project guidelines accurately.
• Review AI-generated responses for grammar, tone, accuracy, and completeness.
• Evaluate writing quality, literary analysis, and audience appropriateness.
• Rank and annotate AI responses using established evaluation criteria.
• Document findings and submit assessments according to project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Must be based in the United States.
• iPhone with iMessage and a Facebook and/or Instagram account.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching English or literature at K–12, college, or adult education levels.
• Strong knowledge of grammar, writing conventions, and literary analysis.
• Daily hands-on experience with Google Classroom, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
• Practical experience using AI tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and instruction-following skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or advanced coursework in a related field.
• Experience in AI evaluation, data labeling, or user testing.
• Familiarity with prompt writing and AI assistant capabilities.
• Experience developing grading rubrics and providing structured feedback.
