Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys from top-tier BigLaw firms to contribute their legal expertise to an AI training project. The role involves analyzing complex corporate transactions, reviewing legal documents, evaluating legal reasoning, and providing expert feedback to improve AI model performance. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review complex corporate documents, contracts, and deal structures involving mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and capital markets.
- Analyze legal scenarios and provide accurate, detailed assessments.
- Evaluate commercial litigation materials, legal principles, and procedural issues.
- Assess legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches.
- Annotate and categorize legal data to support AI training and evaluation.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice standards.
- Collaborate with project teams and reviewers to maintain quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the United States.
- Current or recent experience (within the past three years) at a top-tier BigLaw firm.
- Expertise in corporate law, M&A, private equity, capital markets, or commercial litigation.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements.
- Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Experience in legal data annotation or rubric-based review is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has substantial BigLaw experience, strong transactional and corporate law expertise, and the ability to evaluate complex legal issues and provide precise, well-reasoned feedback independently.
