Job Description: Life Sciences Research Expert (Python)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced life sciences researchers with strong Python programming skills to support projects focused on evaluating and improving advanced AI systems. The role involves solving scientific problems, analyzing biological data, developing computational solutions, and reviewing scientific code for accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and solve challenging scientific problems in life sciences.
• Develop Python-based analyses, models, simulations, and data-processing workflows.
• Review scientific solutions and code for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Validate computational results and identify errors in scientific reasoning or implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or Master's degree with substantial research experience in a relevant life sciences field.
• Strong Python skills for scientific computing, data analysis, or modeling.
• Familiarity with NumPy, pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, or Jupyter.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, reproducible results.

Selection Process

3. Complete the hiring manager review.
4. Finish onboarding and begin assigned tasks.

Compensation and Availability

Compensation is output-based, with payment for tasks meeting project quality requirements. Minimum submission requirements apply. Selected candidates should be ready to begin within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.
