Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Internal Medicine physicians to review inpatient medical records and documentation for AI training. The role focuses on clinical accuracy, documentation quality, medication safety, and adherence to inpatient care standards.

Scope of Work

• Review medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes.
• Verify clinical claims against documented medical evidence.
• Evaluate inpatient documentation, including patient history, medications, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
• Review medication dosing adjustments, drug interactions, and age-specific clinical details.
• Provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or a Hospital Medicine focused practice designation.
• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• Current or recent inpatient hospitalist experience within the past 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical records.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized guidelines.
• Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding quality assurance is preferred.
